Being invited to cater Deloitte’s Annual Corporate Gala was a moment that reminded us why we love what we do. Behind a globally recognized brand known for excellence and precision, there are real people: teams who support one another, colleagues who celebrate milestones together, and professionals who value meaningful experiences.
From the very first meeting, it became clear that the event team wanted more than elegance. They wanted warmth. They wanted connection. They wanted their guests to feel appreciated. With that in mind, we curated a menu built around comfort elevated to a premium level – food that felt both refined and emotionally familiar.
As guests entered the venue, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. Smiles, handshakes, and conversations filled the room. Our canapés played their small part in that atmosphere: truffle mushroom tartlets, smoked salmon blinis, and miniature burrata bites. Each item was crafted not only for flavor but to spark a moment of delight, encouraging guests to pause, smile, and share a brief conversation as they enjoyed the refined yet comforting taste of each bite.
Our live cooking stations quickly became the heart of the evening. Chefs interacted with guests, explained ingredients, and shared stories behind each dish. That human connection turned a corporate gala into something warmer and more personal.
